Hop to Stop

Becca Krueger (aka The Damsel of Distressed) is hosting a very important Hop … the Hop to Stop.

Becca is asking you to create something purple … because purple is the color of National Domestic Violence Awareness month. 1 in 3 women will experience domestic violence over the course of her lifetime. Let that sink in – 33% of all the women you meet.

And women aren't the only people who are affected … women, men, transgender – gender doesn't matter. Domestic violence is something that exists regardless of gender, socioeconomic status, religion, education level, etc.

So click on over and follow the instructions to support this very important cause (did I mention there are lots of cool prizes too).

I used My Favorite Things Pure Plum Ink together with Inkadinkado Inchies and a gorgeous purple designer paper by Gina K from her Parisian Garden Collection.

  1. Goodness, I just love that funky rad background! It’s kind of marbly looking. It’s a gorgeous design made by a gorgeous person (inside and out). Thank you so much for supporting the Hop to Stop!

  2. I’m visiting from The Hop to Stop. I noticed you haven’t stopped in to see my card yet and it’s 3 cards before yours on the hop. I thought you might need a reminder so I’m visiting to see yours. Love all the shades of purple you used! I appreciate your support of this important issue.

  3. Boy had some difficulty in posting a comment, tried a couple times, but I’ll try again because I don’t see my comment. I love the design paper you used, first thought it might be your own personal inking. Like the added bead embellishments. Very pretty card.
