Due to an computer glitch (i.e. my computer locking-up after I had drafted a very long blog post, but before I had managed to save it), I only posted one of my Retro holiday cards for Jingle Belles.
The design came together so quickly with the coordinating papers from October Afternoon's Eggnog Collection, sequins & sticker sentiments, I ended-up making an entire set.
I think this one might be my favorite … I love the patterns and colors with the white sentiment from SRM Stickers.
This one goes back to the colors of the 70's … I specifically remembering having a dress this color that my Mom made me wear for my 2nd Grade pictures … somehow the colors look much better on a holiday card.
My brother & I had this song on a 45 that we played on repeat on our record player … I can still hear it in my head.
My Grandpa always had a big bowl of nuts beside his recliner and he taught us how to use the nutcracker to get to the goodies.
And who doesn't love a big cup-o-cheer.
