Tonight I'm Curing my Monday Blues with a little organizational inspiration.
As I zoomed in on the picture, looking at all of the fun little details for inspiration, the first thing that caught my eye was the jar of knitting needles on the top shelf … which then reminded me of my sister, who I've been missing terribly lately (we started planning Sisters' Weekend 2015 a few days ago).
I've had a *Heck Yeah!* Sticker on my desk, just waiting to add to a card for her (because even when I type those words, I hear it said in her voice) … since it's Turquoise … and that rockin' desk chair is Turquoise, that is where I began.
The speech bubble is perfect for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch. I pulled in the gold from the roll of wrapping paper and positioned it askew like the two paint chips hanging on the bulletin Board. I used an epoxy dot to approximate a thumb tack.
I just love how this turned out … clean and simple with a bit of glittery shimmer from the bronze metallic card base.

great card!
How did I miss this one, Stef?I think you’ve got a winner here…it’s a brilliant card in vibrant and happy colors. Your sister is bound to love it, I know I do! LOVE this!! Happy Valentine’s Day.
Love all that layering, the bright colours and the fun sentiments! Thanks so much for playing to find a Cure For The Monday Blues!
