I love the inspiration at the TIME OUT Challenge.
I love the brown of the wood, texture of the burlap … and of course I always love texty designs.
My initial plan was to stick with an all neutral palette, but I ended-up adding a wrap of blue seam binding ribbon, which added just the right pop of color for me (while still keeping a *natural* feel to the design). The words are Cosmo Cricket Tiny Text Stickers (love them so much) … and the burlap is DCWV Burlap Paper (much less fraying than trying to use straight burlap … how do I know, because I tried that first).
Oh my – I love your burlap panel, Steph! I must get some of the DCWV paper 🙂 The inspirational sentiments work perfectly with the challenge photo too. Thanks for sharing with us at Time Out!
