Having no Internet for most of the week (grumble, grumble, Cable provider *mistakenly* blocked all but one of our access chancnels and took 5 days to finally figure that out), I am behind on both my creative work and blog posts.
I needed a masculine birthday card for a guy who loves cars and motorcycles. I used a page from one of my favorite flea market finds … the American Technical Society's Automobile Ignition, Starting & Lighting Manual from 1928 … love all of those great diagrams for guy cards.
Since my diagram was horizontal, I flipped this week's Pals Paper Arts Sketch and used a vertical Birthday sentiment. I added a few stamped tire tracks From Crafter's Companion Camden Town Male 2 along the bottom for this guy who likes to drive fast.
Awesome flea market find makes an awesome card! Love the way you have turned the sketch to make it work for you! Thanks for joining us at the Pals Paper Arts this week.
Fabulous personalized masculine card! Love the birthday stamp, too. Thanks for sharing with us at Pals Paper Arts this week!
