My friends Amy & June are new designers at the Ribbon Carousel, so I wanted to join their challenge this week. The design requirement is that you must use something that comes on a spool (ribbon, twine, thread, washi, etc.) and follow the theme.
I went with a chicken soup get well card using a sentiment from Paper Smooches Salutations (where this week's theme is Anything Goes) and a Sketch from Just Us Girls.
My card includes 5 different washi tapes & some coordinating twine. I attached long strips of the tape to a scrap of cardstock and then cut it into panels.
I'm also linking-up at the Brown Sugar Challenge where there theme is to use some ribbon or twine.
