I was lucky enough to win this fabulous set of Holiday Sentiments stamps by Clearly Besotted Stamps on Jennifer Maguire's blog, so I wanted to get them inky. The November Challenge at the Clearly Besotted Blog is Christmas, so it was a perfect time to join the fun.
The Stamp It! Card Sentiment Challenge at the Paper Crafts Blog is to layer two or more sentiment stamps. I stamped the big words in Lime Green Pastel Ink and then stamped the smaller sentiment in India ink on top.
I used Hero Arts Grass Chalk ink for the holly leaves and Punch Chalk ink to stamp the berries … however, I decided to put some gems on top of the stamped berries for a bit of blingy pop. I framed my stamped panel in black and attached it to the card base with foam tape.
This is wonderful…love the sentiments!
