I had a request for some birthday cards with adult beverage themes … the cards using Unity's Round of Cocktails have been very popular.

I thought the Razzleberry color combination from The Paper Players was perfect for a wine-themed design.

And the sketch (somewhat modified to fit my larger focal image) is from Sunday Stamps.

The second request was for a Margarita-themed design. The only Margarita stamp I had was about giving-up, which didn't seem quite right for a birthday design … so I did a little Washi Tape masking and added the *celebrate* sentiment from Paper Smooches Sentiment Sampler.

The Sketch is from What If? Wednesday Sketch Challenge at Repeat Impressions … and papers are Dear Lizzy Neapolitan.

I'm also linking-up at the Anything Goes Challenge at Seize the Birthday.
Both cards are lovely. Great take on our Sunday Stamps sketch. Thanks so much for joining us.
Great cards! Glad you joined us at Sunday Stamps with your first card, really like the sentiment. Hope you play along with us again.
LOL! I have just discovered Moscato wine, so I can relate to that first card!!! Such a fun, cute sentiment–your friend will love them! Thanks for playing with my colors this week!
Nice “boozy” cards! 🙂 Like the rich colors on the first card and the “refreshing” look of the second card. 🙂
Great cards and I love how you switched up the sketch in the first one, adding the larger oval. Thanks for playing along with us at Sunday Stamps!
