Emerald Snowflakes

For this week's Jingle Belles Sketch card, I decided to crate a card for the Pantone Emerald Challenge at Rockwell Designs.

Rd_header_emeraldI stamped my snowflakes in Emerald ink and then framed with Emerald cardstock.

I added a Peace Sentiment from Dee Gruenig's Ahh … Christmas! for the Festive Friday Trigger Challenge.

When I went searching for a little bling for the center of my snowflake I found these Pebbles Chrystal Candy Dots that were the perfect color (I think I bought them through Crafty Steals or another bargain site and didn't realize how big they would be … but I suppose if you're going to go with some big bling, Christmas is the time to do it).

Hope you'll come get sketchy with us (and the talented sketch artist Allison Fillo) at Jingle Belles … there's a Christmas goodie stash up for grabs to one lucky participant.

  1. Stephanie, this is just beautiful! Do you know if this stamp set is still available? I couldn’t find it on the CC website. I just love the monochromatic green!

  2. Unfortunately, the Snowflakes stamp was a gift with purchase for Crafter’s Companion’s Birthday Celebration last month. I do not know if they will have it for sale in the future.

  3. Nice holiday card, pretty color! 🙂 The “candy” looks neat and kind of reminds me of the gumdrop candy that has parielles on them.
