In my younger life, I pushed on no matter what … and ended-up with heat exhaustion, dehydration, muscle sprains, and dislocated knees. As I have aged (and gotten wiser), I've learned to listen more closely to my body (and mind), and I now know (most of the time) when to give up.
So here's a card to celebrate that notion using these awesome Round of Cocktails stamps from Unity. I used Mowed Lawn distress Ink with clear embossing powder.

At JoAnn's yesterday, they had lots of fun new 6" Cardstock Stacks from DCWV including their fabulous Glitzy Glitter (love this stuff … all of the glittery sparkle with none of the mess). It is perfect for the Glitter Challenge at Addicted to CAS.
The sketch is from a newer challenge blog called A.R.T. (A Random Thursday) Challenge Blog … I loved adding those tiny bits of lime bling.

I’m the same way Stephanie! I know when to “stop”, and how much my body can take…at times, I get teased about it, but that’s okay. You rocked our sketch; love the sentiment! Thanks for joining us for the A.R.T. CAS Sketch Challenge, and we hope you’ll play along with us again this Thursday for a *new* challenge too! ~Cheryl, Senior DT
This is awesome Stephanie! I guess I too must admit it took awhile to realize I’m ‘not as young’ as I used to be and need to listen to my body! Now if I could just get my daughter & granddaughter to do the same! LOL!
Thanks so much for sharing your creativity with us at A.R.T. and joining our SKETCH CHALLENGE this week! Hope you’ll join us again next week!
