Hooray for the Red, White and Blue

I've been a bit remiss on making cards for Independence Day (hmmm I've made none), so with all of the 4th of July related challenges floating around the blogosphere this week, I figured I should at least make one and quickly get it in the mail.

Week 51 - Fireworks

The CASology Challenge this week is fireworks … so I combined Fireworks paper from We R Memory Keepers Red White & Blue Collection with some SRM Patriotic Border Stickers.

This all came from last year's 4th of July Stash, which was perfect for the Red, White & Blue Challenge at Shopping Our Stash.  My design was also inspired by this great photo at The Pink Elephant Challenge … loved those circle stars, so I added a few rows to my design, as well as incorporating chevrons.

  1. Your fantastic 4th of July card makes one more than I’ve done. Those stickers are so cool on this. Love that stitching too.
