Tonight's card is a quick one … well I must confess I quickly came-up with my design when I saw this week's Runway Inspired Challenge (sponsored by Paper Smooches) … but it took more more than one attempt (okay more like 5 tries) before I achieved clean execution of my idea (why do I always seem to get a smudge or wonky image on the last stamped element?).
I combined stamps from three Paper Smooches sets … My Guy, Chit Chat & Sentiment Sampler … for my golf-themed birthday card. I used a Spectrum Noir Marker to add a bit of red to my golf cart. Here's my inspiration … as you can probably guess I loved the repeated words & pop of black and white on the white background.
I'm also joining the Wheels Challenge at CAS-ology.
Great Runway Challenge card! Like your combo of PS stamps. Neat design. It looks like a cake! Make a wish is the base, the repeated words are the cake and the cool golf cart is the cake topper. Did you plan that? (Or maybe I’m the only one who will “see” it that way. Hee. 🙂
