The ombre glitter, faux washi tape is gorgeous! I can always use any and all tips on taking pics, thanks. Years ago a couple of my recipes were featured in a Weight Watcher’s cookbook and one made the cover of Redbook magazine. My shrimp salad called for half mayonaise and half plain, non-fat yogurt. That combo works for pretty much any salad (as in CHICKEN SALAD) that has a creamy dressing. To vary it, add any fresh-squeezed lemon, lime or other citrus juice, and spices to your taste. An alternate is to use a low-fat or fat-free creamy dressing, or half dressing/half mayo or yogurt. If any half-half combo is a bit too tart, add a light sprinkle of sugar or sugar substitute. I am NOT a fan of light or reduced-fat mayo so that is why for decades, I have used half yogurt. 🙂
