Tonight I needed a birthday card for a farmer whose tractors are all red (no green ones allowed). I used this week's Studio Calico Sunday Card Sketch together with washi tape, stamp & stickers from my new Studio Calico Kits (Block Party & Woodbrooke Road), that arrived today … and papers from last month's Penn Station Kit.
Since my Savvy Stamps farmer's wheelbarrow was full of Easter Eggs, I covered them with some punched leaves to create some crops. I added a Hero Arts Birthday stamp and Wishing You Joy (unknown).
Gotta tell ya, this is really cute…in a manly sort of way! I work in a town that makes red tractors! JI Case has been making farming equipment since around the 1850s. My uncle, way up north only drove the green ones though….Super card and I’m sure your friend will love it! : ) Bev
