For the first Jingle Belles prompt of 2013, we're celebrating What Santa Brought Us. I was apparently a very good girl this year because Santa (aka Mom) brought me lots of fun creative supplies including this Falling Stars Craft Die.
I used it on textured cardstock adding a shimmery silver background. I punched the larger star from white glitter paper, but it seemed to get lost in the sky until I backed it with a large snowflake punched from the silver shimmer paper.
I finished with a sentiment from Merry Everything stamped on my hand-cut landscape in India ink and clear embossed for a bit more contrast.
