This week at Jingle Belles I gave sketch creating a try.
I like repetition in my designs, and those panels are the perfect opportunity to showcase some great papers. I went shopping in my own neglected stash and found this gorgeous floral flocked paper from Little Yellow Bicycle. While I don't normally think of flowers for a Christmas card, I think the soft subtle grey-on-grey pattern works well as a background element.
I added one of the many dimensional gift tags I picked-up on clearance after the holiday last year & one of my favorite peace quotes to finish the design.

I like your holiday ard! The colors are so pretty and I do love that bkgrd paper. Nice sketch, too. Like the bicycle card w/many strips of nice, printed papers, too. 🙂
sigh…After the first card I saw you make with these tags, I was sooooo hoping to pick some up at Michael’s myself, but they were already gone! I love this card too, Stef! 🙂
