I used Paper Smooches stamps for the Background of Borders technique for today's Stretch Your Stamps Class. I initially tried it with a foam border stamp, but realized it was much easier to achieve precision with see-through acrylic.

I stamped the entire background in Ocean blue with the intention of doing a spotlight technique. However, when I couldn't get a window effect I liked, I switched gears and stamped two more rows in Morocco Orange, trimmed them, and paper pieced them onto my background.
I added a Monster stamped on Basic Grey What's Up designer paper with a combination of Paper Smooches sentiments. Does he look like he wants to give you a hug?
This is adorable! 🙂
awesome stamping girl 🙂
and super cute monster!!!
So cute! You’ve created a lovely background and I really like the highlights in orange!
Wow, you really DID get precision, didn’t you? Awesome.
Love this! TGIF!
Nice PS card! Great way to combine stamps from multiple sets. I’m still working on the precision lines thing … even when I use clear stamps! Hee! 😀
I pretty much love everything about this! 🙂
So cute!
