This week I need to make a wedding card for a friend's daughter. Their wedding colors are red and ivory with roses and calla lillies, so I wanted to incorporate those colors into my design.
This week's Unscripted Sketch was perfect for my new Love & Laughter stamps from Stampin' Up! … you know how I love art that incorporates text.
I used a few scraps of hand-made floral paper, together with some punched butterflies & champagne pearls to decorate my wedding cake. I used Hero Arts watercolor paper for the background for a bit more elegant texture & foam tape to adhere the image and sentiment.
This is my first week as a designer for Unscripted Sketches … please help me celebrate by joining the fun.
