There's a new theme at Flashback Friday … repost your first-ever owl card. Apparently I was a bit ahead of the "owl-curve* because my first owl card goes all the way back to June 2008.
It's a bit busy … and I'm not exactly sure what I was going for with all of those sentiments … and I wish the stamped sentiment would have had a bit more contrast.
As I said in my 2008 post, owls have always reminded me of my Gran's kitchen when I was growing-up because she had some fun owl decor in the 70s.

I loved that stamp until I bought it, and I swear, I’ve never made anything I liked with it! lol. I love the colours in your card, and I had to laugh out loud at your critique. We’re always hardest on our own selves.
I like this card! All of the stamped line designs at the top look neat. I like the center w/your owl and the sentiment. Never would think to stamp multiple sentiments on a card front. Great idea.:)
