The challenge at Simon Says Stamp this week is to create a card using a song or movie title as inspiration. When I was little, my Dad had an 8-track tape player in his pick-up truck and we would listen to the Dolly Parton tape for hours. This card is inspired by Dolly's song Chicken Every Sunday.
I used Artistic Outpost stamps to create a thank you card for our friend Mary who has a fancy chicken house & loves her chickens … She also shares her bountiful garden produce with us. I used the shape of the stamp for my card base & added a few chocolate pearls to my butterfly to finish the design.

This is a great card – your friend will love it! I particularly like the shape – it’s really striking.
I’m lovin’ this–but we have chickens, too, so I have to admit, I’m a little biased!
