Shimelle has a Starting Point Challenge on her blog to begin with this layout and then complete your design.
While she is making a 12" scrapbook, I translated the layout into a girly card. I replaced the thin paper strip with a wrap of my favorite May Arts ribbon.
The soft plaid paper is actually the packaging that came with the K&Company Hopscotch dimensional stickers … much to pretty to recycle. I finished with a few SRM Sticker sentiments … a great layout for a quick card.
