Blinging on the Holidays

This week at Jingle Belles we're Blinging on the Holidays … a celebrating of all things blingy.

One of my favorite holiday memories is sitting in the living room with the lights off staring at the twinkling lights on the tree … that is the memory that inspired my card this week.

I die cut my holiday tree from some embossed specialty paper and then starting cutting apart clear bling flourishes until my entire tree was bathed in blingy lights.  I decided all I needed to finish was an EAD Designs Rub-on.

This card is also for the Saturday's DesignersChallenge where they are also celebrating bling this week.

Can't wait to see what you create.

  1. I love how the tree takes center stage with all of the rhinestone swirls. Perfect. Can’t wait to try the challenge.

  2. Well, Stef, I have to agree…sitting in the dark and watching the lights twinkle on my tree is a favorite holiday activity of mine too! I love your interpretation of this in your card…and of course that it’s green! 🙂
