I am always inspired by the CASE Study challenge each week, but usually I'm too intimidated by the amazing detail of the inspiration cards to even give it a try. Apparently, I'm feeling spunkier than usual this week, so I gave it a try.
Sara Martina Parker's card is stunning … I loved the doily, the floral background, and the vibrant pop of blue, so I incorporated those elements into my design. Since my stash of birthday cards for the office is depleted, I decided to make a birthday card.
I sprayed my doily and flowers with Bronze Glimmer mist, which gives a wonderful subtle shimmer. I cut apart my pearl flourish to frame the Hero Arts sentiment. I love the vibrant hue of the seam binding ribbon ribbon wtih the softer hues of the Webster's Pages paper.
beautiful! love this one too Stef!
Pretty card-like your version the most. Thanks for sharing.
