I just love the fun little fairy in the new Neverland collection from Artistic Outpost … and I also love the vibrant rainbow of hand-dyed seam binding they are now selling in their Outpost Attic Finds.
I colored the fairy with Prismacolor pencils and added a coat of clear glitter pen on top for an all over sparkle.
