Today's CPS Sketch was perfect for a graduation card I needed to make for my nephew. Cosmo Cricket's Get Happy line is one of my go to collections for young men, but I I wish paper companies made more fun fun graphic masculine designs.
I decided to extend the arrow theme in the sketch with black Subway Accent Thickers. The sentiment is a journaling card from the 8×8" paper crafting kit & I finished with a punched heart from a scrap of yellow paper from the same collection.
What a fun happy card! Love it!
Oh my goodness, that is the cutest take on that CPS sketch! LOVE all of the arrows.
Steph, this is so cute! I love all of the arrows and the little heart. Such great composition.
♥YEOWZA!!!♥ definitely looOooOOoooving this as a “guy card” but also just aesthetically as a bit of graphic art! (& now i have an almost uncontrollable urge to: buy those thickers…hand cut some text letters…and splurge on the corner chomper you mentioned in the last post that i had sort of ALMOST forgotten about but apparently NOT QUITE!!!!!!) (subliminal time-released enablage feature working adequately on this blog!) 🙂
This is a great guy card Stef! I love all the arrows! Thanks for joining us at CPS this week!
