150,000 Hits

Celebrate My blog passed a milestone this week … 150,000 hits.  When I started this blog, I never imagined the joy, friendship, and creativity it would bring to my life … and I am forever grateful.

To celebrate, I'd like to give away some goodies to two lucky winners … one will receive a $25 Gift Certificate to Artistic Outpost … the other a $25 Gift Certificate to Jacksonbelle Embellishments.  You heard that right … you get to go shopping on me at two of my favorite stores.

So, you might ask, what do I need to do to have a chance to win one of those great gift certificates (as well as some fun goodies I'll also be mailing your way)???

One of my favorite creative outlets is hosting the Saturday Inspiration Challenge at SplitCoast Stampers.  I'm always on the lookout for things to inspire creativity.

So, what I'm asking you to do is to leave me alink to a website, picture, or page you think would be great for a future Inspiration Challenge (or just an idea for an Inspiration Challenge that doesn't involve an online link).

I'll draw the winners at 8pm CST on Monday evening.

Thanks again for visiting my blog & helping me celebrate.

  1. Congratulations! I enjoy your “blog love” posts. I get a lot of inspiration from the Pottery Barn & Pottery Barn Kids catalogs and websites. Here’s two links from PBK that would inspire some great cards:

http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/basic-bath-mat/?pkey=dbath-mats-shower-curtains I think the second link would make a great card sketch!

  2. WOW that’s awesome, I’m barely approching 10,000 (I havent had a counter on my blog the whole time) it makes me happy to see people interested in what I am doing, keep up the great job! as far as future inspiration… I love looking at The Joy of Cardmaking, over and over and over again, it seems like everytime I do I find something I missed previously.

  3. Congrats! I’m not surprise with all your creative and inspiring MOJO! I look forward to all your updates. I get inspired by so many things and people. Some of places are blogs, SCS, magazines, and etsy shops. Here is one I found the other day called Fire n Sand. The have stunning glass items and love the colors and shapes. Here is the link:

  5. I get inspiration from blogs such as yours. And when I have a swap project coming up, I often go to Google images to get ideas.

  6. Yay for you! I love reading your blog… I get it via email every morning to enjoy over a cup of coffee! Your work is wonderfully inspiring… thanks so much for sharing!

  7. Stef – congrats on the milestone on your blog and thanks once again for your faithful hosting of the IC challenge at SCS. Here’s a site with plenty of ideas and variety for plenty of tastes (fabric and paper – both can be equally addicting!)…

Take care… Heather (aka Isaiah40:31 on SCS)

  8. congrats steph – i have been reading your blog daily for about 10 months and always enjoy it. love your cards and thursday links. i just got an inspiration today from a tissue box – am going to try to make it into a card, but haven’t had time yet today. the box is sort of medium blue with hazy white designs and then bold white on top. could be very cool.

  9. I enjoy reading your update on a daily basis – checking out all the recipes, tutorial pages, and other tidbits of information that you include in your newsletter. I can’t say that I have any specific favorites. I like to read and see what you do – it’s amazing – I’m retired and don’t seem to be organized to read as many sites as you do.

  10. Your site is my fav. I love all the great things you share with us. You make great cards too. Congrats on 150,000 hits.

  11. Congratulations, Stephanie! That’s quite a milestone. I don’t have any inspiration ideas at the moment (I’m in a slump–LOL!), but if I think of or find any I will let you know.
