When I saw this week's Tuesday Trigger from The Red Thread (I love the idea of punching shapes from vintage children's books), I immediately thought of these Valentine Cards I made here & here last year.
I decided to combine the same stapled heart concept with a sketch from a new to me blog … the Diva Coffee Break Designs. I also used the colors from the Embellish Magazine challenge, but realized when I started writing this post, that I forgot to add some ribbon into my design … oh well, I'll try again later … I love these colors together.
Heart & brown papers are from Basic Grey's Bittersweet collection. The turquoise paper is DCWV Doodlin' Around. The sentiment is from the always versitile Hero Arts All Occasion Messages.
