Thrive

I got a little stuck on last week's Heart the Art prompt, so I decided to let it pass and move on to this week's challenge … Thrive.

This quote by Robert Schuller really spoke to me.  So often I let the negative thoughts in my head speak the loudest, and I need to remember that by focusing on the positive aspects, I will thrive.

The picture is another from some vintage Ideals magazines that my sister gave me.  They always remind me of my Gran because I remember looking through them when I stayed at her house.  I'm so thrilled I'm finally finding a way to incorporate these great photographs into my art.

Here's a close-up of the Anna Griffin Butterfly that was stamped in India Ink, clear embossed, and painted with Twinkling H2O's … I love the shimmer.
