Victoria Celebrate

I love small sheets of paper with perfectly proportioned designs for cards, and these lovely 4" squares by Jenni Bowlin certainly fit the bill.  These papers are from the set called Victoria with a beautiful color combination of green, yellow, and grey with soft floral patterns.

I wanted to try Allison's Everything Old is New Again Challenge, which is to create a card with a stamp set that hasn't seen the light of day in a long time.  I usually donate my older stamps to a charity auction each year, so I don't have a ton of unused stamps in my collection … however, there are a few classics, like That's Nice from Stampin' Up that I've hung onto.  I can't remember the last time I inked it, so I pulled it out for this birthday card.

I added grey ribbon and lovely Zva Creative Pearl Flourishes to finish the design.  The layout is a fabulous Sweet Sunday Sketch.
