Rainy Day Floral Wellie

This card is for the Rainy Day Challenge at the Moxie Fab World blog.  The challenge is to make an encouragement card that incorporates some rainy day wear.  I decided to re-visit my Rain Boot template (aka Wellie … doesn't a Wellie sound much more fun than a Rain Boot) that was inspired by the rain boots at Dylan's Candy Bar.

I went on a little craft supply shopping trip with a friend today & found this fun K&Company recycled paper called Greenhouse by Carolyn Gavin.  It is two-sided and the boot is made from both sides of the design.  I finished with a buckle punched from Raspberry Fizz cardstock & a pick-me-up sentiment from Autumn Leaves Sentiments Circles by katie pertiet.
