I fell in love with this Scrappy Little Birthday card by Geny of Madison Avenue, so I had to give my spin to the design. I thought it would work wonderfully with Making Memories Chloe's Closet papers.
I used Stampin' Up rub-ons for the sentiment and design elements, a 2" circle punch, and the Stampin' Up label punch. I had so much fun, I think I'll make entire set. I love combining all sorts of patterns into a clean design.
