I was thrilled to see I was the winner of an Emmaline Apron from Abbys Attick in her Pay It Forward Giveaway. Her request was that I continue the Pay It Forward by giving away something I love.
I ended up with two of the new Cuddling Cardinals stamps from Cornish Heritage Farms. The ever gracious Liz told me to share the extra unmounted stamp with a friend. So in addition to the CHF stamp, I am including 35 six-inch square envelopes and the new Martha Stewart Crown punch.
So what do you have to do?? … leave me a comment letting me know a nice thing that someone recently did for you. By leaving a comment, you're also agreeing to continue the Pay It Forward by sharing something you love.
I'll leave comments open until Friday night at 8pm, and then use the random number generator to pick a winner.
PS – I was also thrilled to win a new Hero Arts Backgrounder stamp from the Scrapbook Bakery in a World CardMaking Day Giveaway.

Wow Stef – what a great idea, and what a generous gift you are sharing!
The most recent “nice thing” would be that my hubby came home early from work yesterday before the kids got home and took me downtown to my favorite little mom and pop craft store to shop. My week has been full of wonderful kind gestures from people around me and online… I truly am blessed.
hugs, Jami
My DH has been extremely helpful getting the kids to after school activities this week (he picks up one and I pick up the other) and that has kept me from running around town like a crazy woman! That has also meant more time for all of us to sit down and eat dinner together. A very good thing!
Love the stamp and the punch! I hadn’t even seen the punch before.
This is wonderful Stephanie, I love the pay it forward concept!! 🙂
Wow…that is an amazing PIF! Something nice somebody did for me…prayed for me. And boy, did I need it!
I had a friend refer a customer to me – even though my friend is a demonstrator!
🙂
Oh WOW!!! What a fun thing to do….I’m gonna try this next time I do a blog candy give away!! My sweet MIL made us supper the other night so I didn’t have too….how sweet is that??!!?!?!??!!!! THANKS for the chance to WIN!!!
What beautiful birds and that crown punch is so me! As for something nice? My DH recently surprised me with a 19″ high def. flat screen monitor to accompany my laptop. Now, I work off 2 screens and the artwork really comes to life! Can’t think of a nicer surprise. Course, winning your offerning would be a huge surprise too!
I think my husband is setting money aside that I can spend on stamps. Whenever I see something I want I can usually get it within a couple days. I have the perfect things I could pif. It’s so nice sometimes when your order gets messed up.
Congrats!!!
We just moved 3300km away from home to a new province. Our belongings have yet to arrive to our new home and our new neighbour gave us some tables and chairs to use until our belongings come! How sweet is that!!!
The Pay It Forward theme is great! More folks should think of this on a daily basis and maybe we would be smiling more often. Recently, someone ahead of me paid her bridge token and then paid for my bridge fare! What a nice and pleasant surprise with no way to thank the giver!
Hi Stef,
I think Pay it Forward is a great idea. Recently I was looking after a friend’s toddler to give her a break, and I had to call in to the supermarket. The lady ahead of me paid for a ‘kinder surprise’ (a small toy in a hollow chocolate egg) to give to my friend’s little girl – it was so sweet of her as she had gone before the girl at the checkout gave it to me, so I couldn’t thank her. Thank you for the chance to win.
Anne.
something nice done for me…hmmm….my hubby took me to the Fireproof movie and is now working his way thru the LOVE DARE book!
My sister would have to be the person who has done so much for my son and myself….opened her house and her heart for us while I’m up from Florida getting treated for breast cancer.Ty for sharing your wonderful idea for paying it forward!

I feel so lucky to be part of such a great community where I live — yesterday, a wonderful gal took my elder daughter for a playdate — then, when it was time for her tome come home, she brought her to me… saving me the trip, time, gas and effort — and making it a special time for my daughter. It was lovely, all the way around!
Wonderful idea!!! yummy blog candy as well so a great combination!!
I was talking with my mom the other day and she knows I’ve had some challenges since adopting our daughter and now being out of work. She is praying for me and you know when she says she’s praying that she means it! She’s amighty prayer warrior and no one could do anything nicer for me!
Good luck everyone!
Well, my life has been extremely complicated the last 2 years (long/long story!!) and just last week a new friend noticed I was stressed and she made an appointment for me to get a massage and a facial. Something I would never had spent the money or the time on for myself. How lucky am I?
Thanks for letting me share. Sandra
What a sweet idea! The nicest thing someone did for me was by a sweet lady in Alaska. She purchased a bind it all to help me out when I had 13 of them in my closet. Well as a thank you to me for the special price, she made me a journal. It’s covered with dragonflies and bits of specialness. I found it in my mailbox yesterday when I got home from work. It’s very dear to me!
Thanks for letting me share!
Hi – Thank you so much for this PIF opportunity! My mom is a huge fan of cardinals, so the stamp would certainly be used to create a set of note cards for her to use. In terms of a recent “something nice” event, a former student of mine emailed recently to let me know how much my class had impacted her life. That was the best compliment!
Thank you for sharing this opportunity!
I love the idea of pay it forward. I had an appointment the other day with a realtor, and I knew walking in that my blood sugar was plummeting. She found food and then watched over me until I was back up and going. thanks,
maggie
