This interesting sketch is from Sketch This: Cards. I liked the combination of circles, squares and rectangles.
I started with a 4 1/4" square pink card base stamped with Cornish Heritage Farms Polka Dot Backgrounder stamp in ColorBox Chalk Pastel Pink. I see CHF released 8 new backgrounder stamps yesterday. Their background stamps are fabulous. I had this dark purple scrap on my table. I punched a scalloped circle with my Giga Scalloped Punch and decided to add that as my third color.
I went to my favorite Color Combination website to find a fourth color for the mix and settled on a saffron yellow.
I stamped the Wishing Well by Mountin’ Rubber Stamps (a local stamping store that recently closed) in Ranger Eggplant on the pink cardstock. I matted it in Purple and Yellow and added a little K&Company bling in the corner. Wish Big …. by Penny Black is also stamped in Eggplant.
