Mother’s Day Vintage Collage

This card started with a page from a vintage dictionary that ended with the definition for Mother.

I went through a number of my Tim Holtz Ephemera packs pulling out yellow flowers and other elements that pulled out the green of the leaves … and then collaged them on top of the dictionary page.

I finished with a stamped Happy Mother’s Day from Frantic Stamper, a butterfly attached with foam tape and some clear orange enamel dots.

I’m playing tic-tac-toe at The Paper Players with a sentiment, flowers and circles (the enamel dots).

  1. Very pretty, Stef! I love collage cards, and yours has a great layout. The vintage dictionary page is a perfect backdrop for all of the elements. I’m so happy you played in my challenge at The Paper Players this week!

  2. Such a great collage card – I love that you’ve not only used a dictionary page but the ‘mother’ page. Beautiful choice of elements and beautiful layering of them too. Thanks for sharing with us at The Paper Players.
