Well, my Cardinals let me down … but I did get another World Card Making Day card completed.
At Flourishes, they had a challenge to create a card inspired by the colors of your favorite cartoon character. I've been missing my step-mom a lot this week as it would have been her birthday … and one of her favorite characters was Tigger … so I used his colors to inspire my card.
I stopped by MIchael's this morning and picked-up some fun little Halloween owls that coordinate perfectly with my Authentique Glowing papers.
Not quite like Tigger's friend owl … but close.
Layout is the Sketchbook Saturday Challenge.
This looks fabulous and Tigger is perfect for Halloween cards!
Very neat Halloween card! Love the papers and the owl does look great w/them. Glad you were inspired by Tigger, which brought a happy memory of your step-Mom. 🙂
This is about as cute as it gets Stef! I am loving seeing what all you creative card makers come up with for this challenge!
YAY! How darling is this? On a scale? I’d say totally!!! 🙂 Soooooo cute!
OMGosh, LOOOOVE your Pooh characters to inspire your card design, and that Tigger is ready for Halloween, too! Awesome card, Steph… thanks for joining us for the WCMD challenge!
Really beautiful, Stef! You used the papers perfectly and that owl is ce-ute!
